Rt. Hon Peter Odey commissions Skills Acquisition Centre built at Idum, Mbube, for the benefit of members of the community by Rural Africa Industrial Skills & Empowerment (RAISE) Foundation,an organization formed by Chief Engr. David Abang who recently retired from the NNPC.

Speaking at the occasion, Hon. Odey, who supported the project with N5m, said this about Engr. David Abang: 'He is not a politician but he has defeated all the politicians by what he has done.'
