A leader is one who sees the needs of the people and gives immediate responses and attention, Hon.Gideon Obhakhan is the man who can change the narratives of Edo State, Hon Obhakhan was born and Ekpoma Edo State, as a well cultured individual he learnt to show humanitarian gestures at tender age, where he prefers the betterment of others to himself.
His humanitarian gesture was also portrayed during the global pandemic COVID-19 where he donated food items and money to the people of Edo State, giving them succor from the hardship as it were then.
Hon Gideon is not just a good Christian but someone who listens attends to other people's plights.
Hon. Obhakhan is a sound Academia, he obtained his Primary Education in Ekpoma before proceeding to Annunciation Catholic College Irru, for his acquisition of Secondary Certificate, thereafter, he proceeded to the University of Benin where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical engineering, his quest to gain higher educational standard, he attended and bagged Master's in Communication Engineering from University of Lagos Nigeria before proceeding to University of Leicester United Kingdom for MBA.
He also had enough carrier experience, by working with telecommunications including MTN where he serves a Managing Director planning and strategy.
He engaged in politics and contested for House of Representatives 2015 under the platform of the All Progressive Congress. He later became commissioner for Education in the State, with all the exposures it is 90% believed that Hon. Obhakhan would deliver if given the mandate, because he had garner much experiences and dealings with people regarding carriers, Educational exposure and humanitarian gestures.
The people of Edo State should be left with no other choice but to give him the mandate to lift Edo State to higher heights.
