New Year Celebration in Boki Local Government turns a backlash to the major opposition party PDP in Ogep Osokom Boki Local Government Area of Cross River state as the Speaker of Youth Parliament, Boki Chapter Comr. *John Abang*, The Ward Secretary of *PDP Ogeb ward Mr *Nku Daniel Osim* amongst others Dump PDP for APC.
The Defectors were received by the Ward Chairman Mr *Walter Otu Achu* and his executives in Ogeb Ward.
According to the Speaker, He said, His Excellency *Sen Prince Otu* Leadership is sorrounded with love for Young People as many Boki youths have been empowered by His Excellency.
We are proud to have a dependable Youth leader, Amb. *Julius Kijuo*, Former SSA Public works to Cross River State Government, he has always shown us his fellow youths the right path as well as empowering the youth in his little way, That's why we have decided to defect in other to support His *Excellency Sen Prince Bassey Edet Otu* in achieving his Good plans for Cross Riverians, defectors further says.
The Ward Chairman assured them of proper engagement and integration as they saw the light by defecting to the party.
Amb. *Julius kijuo* the young philanthropy, Businessman and Politician who was Awarded as the best young appointee in the immediate past Administration took his turn to assure the defectors that joining the ruling Party in support of Sen . *Prince Bassey Edet Otu* and the ruling Party is the best decision they have taken.
In the course of the activities, Kijuo presented Certificate of *Cooperative registration* to Osokom youths, More than 20 Agba Youths for free Jamb registration, Financial support amongst others.
The Chairman Cross River State youths in POLITICS Boki Chapter and the Chairman NYNC Chairman Comr. *Ekawu Douglas* , Boki chapter who were all in attendance in the reception took their turn to appreciate Amb. Julius kijuo for his consistent show of love and support to his fellow youths.
