In a letter supposedly coming from the heads and a joint decision of members of Central Planning Committee for the National Youth Council-CRS chapter, the team places their loyalty and respect for the activity saddled on them as well as a pledge to conduct a free and fair election in letter thus:
I humbly write onbehalf of the entire members of the Central Planning Committee (CPC) to notify you that we accept in totality the res responsibility bestored on us to coordinate the entire activities in the fourth coming elective congress/convention.
We promise to discharge our duties to the best of our ability.
We therefore call all interested youths from our dear state to make their ambitions known as we promise a free and transparent process in the coming days.
