GOV. OTU'S OFFICIAL SPOKESMAN, PASTOR BILL, BLASTS GAY PETERSON & C'RIVER PDP OVER ALLEGED MISLEADING CLAIMS

High Chief Pastor Bill Francis Bill, the Official Undisputed, Undiluted and Unintimidated Spokesman to His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, has declared that those desperately searching for evidence of wrongdoing against Governor Otu will continue to search in vain because there is none. According to him, the Governor remains focused on delivering purposeful leadership and sustainable development to the people of Cross River State, while some opposition figures remain trapped in bitterness, propaganda, and politics of distraction. He maintained that Governor Otu's achievements speak louder than the noise of critics and political jobbers.

Speaking on the administration's performance, High Chief Pastor Bill Francis Bill noted that Governor Otu has recorded remarkable achievements in infrastructure, road construction, healthcare, youth empowerment, agriculture, and education. He emphasized that schools across the state are being renovated, upgraded, and equipped with better learning facilities, while new educational projects are being initiated to improve the learning environment for Cross River children. He stated that education remains one of the Governor's top priorities because no society can develop without investing in the future of its young people.@highlightAsiwaju Bola Ahmed TinubuOffice of the wife of the Cross River State GovernorGovernor Bassey OtuSenator Eteng Jonah WilliamsSir Benedict Ayade CONRt.Hon Joseph Bassey. Pastor Bill further stated that Gay Peterson is allegedly being sponsored by opposition elements, including the PDP, to blackmail Governor Otu and distract the government from its developmental agenda. He described the allegations being circulated against the Governor as fraudulent, misleading, and politically motivated. According to him, Cross Riverians are wise enough to distinguish between genuine criticism and propaganda designed to create unnecessary controversy. He stressed that the people can clearly see the numerous projects being executed across the three senatorial districts and appreciate the Governor's efforts to reposition the state for sustainable growth.

He further noted that Governor Otu inherited enormous challenges and has remained committed to rebuilding and transforming Cross River State through responsible leadership, strategic planning, and people-oriented governance. According to him, the administration has continued to prioritize projects that directly impact the lives of citizens despite economic realities and inherited burdens. He added that the Governor's commitment to transparency, accountability, and development remains unwavering.

The Governor's spokesman also challenged critics who complain that some schools and communities are yet to receive government attention. He reminded them that Rome was not built in a day and that no administration can solve every inherited problem within a short period. He stressed that Governor Otu deserves encouragement and support rather than unfair criticism, adding that genuine development is a gradual process that requires planning, commitment, and time. According to him, judging a Governor after barely three years in office without acknowledging visible progress is both unfair and politically motivated.

High Chief Pastor Bill Francis Bill therefore urged Cross Riverians to remain steadfast in their support for Governor Otu, whose administration has brought People’s first and visible development across the state. He maintained that the Governor has achieved more within three years than many past administrations accomplished over a longer period. He expressed confidence that the people of Cross River State appreciate the Governor's performance and will continue to stand firmly behind him. He concluded by declaring that there is no vacancy in Government House until 2031, as Governor Otu remains committed to building a stronger, more prosperous, and united Cross River State.

Signed:

High Chief Pastor Bill Francis Bill

Official Unintimidated,  undisputed and undiluted Spokesman to His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State.
