For the first time in the history of Cross River State, I witnessed a free and fair election that had the people come out in mass to vote for there preferred candidates. The overwhelming support Gov Prince Bassey Otu got in the last governorship election cannot be disputed. I strongly believe that his support and overwhelming acceptance was as a result of the equity by which APC zoned the governorship candidate.
Any body disputing the authenticity of the mandate of Gov Prince Bassey Otu is not just a joker, but a jealous and an anti-progressive who does not want the happiness of the common man in Cross River State.
On the recent victory at the Appeal Court, I wish to extend a warm and heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Gov Prince Bassey Otu. His victory is the victory of the whole Cross Riverians who came out, defying rain and danger to vote him on the election day.
I call on the opposition party to desist from distracting the administration of Gov Prince Bassey Otu with unnecessary legal litigation. Cross River State belongs to all, let us come together and make it a better place.Back to south is sacrosanct.
