NOTICE OF GOODWILL.
Merry Christmas to you my dear brothers and sisters. In the spirit of the season, Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba has released the sum of 21,000,000 naira only, outside the individual touches for the 21 wards of Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency and additional 600bags of rice for the celebration of the yuletide season. Consequently, the underlisted persons in obubra are to be contacted in their respective wards. Each ward has 1,000,000 naira and 20 bags of rice with an attached breakdown for distribution.
NOTE: Those anchor persons ARE NOT selected as ward leaders but as representatives for reasons of convenience.
Also, all chapter Exco members are to partake in the leadership subhead of their respective wards.
