Ambassador Pastor Bill Francis Bill, SA to His Excellency, Senator Dr. Apostle Governor Prince Otu on Community Communications, expressed great excitement and satisfaction as His Excellency, Apostle Senator Prince Otu, delivered another brand-new road project in Akpabuyo Local Government Area, Cross River South. The Governor personally inspected the ongoing road project alongside the Executive Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Area, Hon. Prince Bassey Effiong, as residents trooped out to commend the administration for bringing visible development to the area. The inspection further demonstrated the Governor’s unwavering commitment to infrastructural transformation and grassroots development across the state.



During an interview with NTA, CRBC, Channels TV, and Arise TV, Ambassador Pastor Bifrans made it known to the world that Governor Prince Otu remains committed to his vision and mission of transforming Cross River State through massive road infrastructure projects across the 18 local government areas. He stated that the Governor’s administration is focused on delivering quality and durable projects that will improve transportation, boost economic activities, and make life easier for the people at the grassroots level.



Ambassador Bill Francis further emphasized that the “People First” campaign promise of Governor Prince Otu is still burning strongly like fire and remains fully active in every sector of governance. He called on the good people of Cross River State to continue supporting the Governor and his administration, stressing that their continuous support would enable the government to deliver more dividends of democracy to the masses with ease. According to him, the achievements already recorded by the administration are clear signs that better days are ahead for the people of Cross River State.
