His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Otu’s official spokesman, Ambassador Pastor Bill Francis Bill, has Announced and commended the Governor’s approval and resumption of students’ bursaries across Cross River State, describing the development as another major fulfillment of the People First administration’s campaign promises to the people. Speaking during a media briefing, Pastor Bill Francis Bill stated that Governor Otu remains committed to restoring the lost glory of Cross River State through practical leadership, educational support, and people-centered governance.
According to Ambassador Pastor Bill Francis Bill, the resumption of bursaries and the introduction of medical grants for medical students clearly demonstrate that Governor Prince Bassey Otu is deeply passionate about the future of Cross River youths and determined to ensure that no student abandons education because of financial hardship. He noted that the Governor’s administration has continued to prioritize empowerment, education, healthcare, and infrastructural development as part of efforts to reposition the state for sustainable growth and prosperity.
