From the desk of Honorable Dr. Betta Edu, Senior Chief Distinguished Advocate and Senior Chief Media Councilor Ambassador Pastor Bill Francis Bill is pleased to announce the ongoing grassroots mobilisation of women in Kwara South Senatorial District in support of His Excellency Sir President Adekunel Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other APC candidates ahead of the 2027 elections. The mobilisation, held in Offa, headquarters of Kwara South, brought together thousands of women and was coordinated by Hon. Taiye Mutiat Omotosho, Honorary Assistant to Dr. Betta Edu, Director of Women Mobilisation of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, as part of the wider women and community activation efforts.
Speaking through her representative, Dr. Betta Edu said the mobilisation is aimed at strengthening women’s participation and grassroots engagement ahead of the 2027 elections. Her representative said the women would commence door-to-door mobilisation once given the go-ahead, while Dr. Betta Edu is expected to personally visit the district to address the women and communicate the message of the administration’s “Renewed Hope 2.0” agenda. The women at the gathering expressed their support for President Tinubu and the APC and pledged to take the mobilisation to communities, wards and polling units across Kwara South.
Hon. Taiye Mutiat Omotosho thanked the women for their impressive turnout and encouraged them to sustain the momentum, unity and grassroots engagement. She described the Kwara South mobilisation as part of a broader effort to streng
